We deliver across serviceable Indian PIN codes. Standard shipping is ₹79 and becomes free when the item subtotal is above ₹999. Cash on Delivery adds ₹30. Availability and dispatch details are confirmed after an order is reviewed. Delivery time depends on the destination and courier service.

Check the parcel promptly after delivery. If an item is damaged, missing or incorrect, contact the store with the order number and clear photographs as soon as possible. Opened consumable items cannot normally be returned for hygiene and safety reasons. Eligible refunds are processed after review. An order may be cancelled before dispatch; after dispatch, courier and return costs may apply.

We collect the customer name, mobile number, PIN code, delivery address, cart details and payment-reference information needed to confirm, fulfil and support an order. Optional UPI screenshots are stored privately and are visible only to the store administrator. We do not ask for or store UPI PINs, card PINs or banking passwords.

UPI payments are manually reviewed and remain Awaiting verification until the administrator checks the transaction reference. Submitting a UTR does not automatically mark an order as paid. COD orders are subject to serviceability and confirmation. Prices, availability and exact pack contents may change before an order is confirmed; if a material change affects an order, the customer can accept it or cancel for a refund of any verified payment.

Puja practices and preferred ingredients vary by region, family tradition and sampradaya. Product descriptions are practical guidance and do not guarantee a spiritual, medical or financial outcome. Customers should confirm ceremony-specific requirements with their priest or family tradition before ordering.
